Earlier this month, the F+Collective for female fans hosted an online panel session on women in football leadership positions.
Elena Popova, the National Disability Access Officer at the Russian Football Union, Niamh O’Mahony, the secretary of the Irish Supporters Network (ISN) and the supporters’ representative on the Football Association of Ireland (FAI) Assembly, and Martha Gens, an FSE Board member and president of the national fans’ organisation Associação Portuguesa de Defesa do Adepto (APDA), all took part.
The panellists discussed their experiences working in different parts of the football sector, before answering questions posed by the moderators and audience.

The F+Collective is committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion and is open to non-binary and transgender people.
