Football Supporters Europe (FSE) has published the first Occupational Standards for Supporter Liaison Officers (SLOs), developed through its Towards the Professional Development of SLOs (TPDS) Erasmus+ project in partnership with the European Observatoire of Sport and Employment (EOSE).

Yakub Kan has been the club’s Supporter Liaison Officer (SLO) for four years. He is yet another SLO to feature in our series to have emerged from his club’s terraces as a supporter himself.
