Meet the Board
The FSE Board is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the organisation. It includes 8 fan representatives from across Europe who are elected every two years at the organisation’s General Meeting. The Executive Director and directors of the on-topic divisions also sit on the Board.
The current elected members of the Board are: Adrian Nuñez Corte (La Federación de Accionistas y Socios del Fútbol Español (FASFE) & Fans’ Embassy Spain), Matthijs Koomen (Supporterscollectief Nederland & Supportersvereniging Ajax, the Netherlands), Dario Minden (Eintracht Frankfurt Fan Department, Germany), Gocha Tandarashvili (Fans’ Embassy Georgia), Martha Gens (Associação Portuguesa de Defesa do Adepto (APDA), Portugal), Trond Larsen (Klanen, Norway), Katrina Law, (Football Supporters’ Association, England), and Joe White (Three Lions Pride/Pride In Football, England).
The current appointed members of the Board are: Mark Doidge (Director, Anti-Discrimination Division, England); Sofia Bohlin (Director, Supporter Liaison Officer Division, Sweden) Paul Corkrey (Director, Fans’ Embassy Division, Wales); Ronan Evain (Executive Director, France); and Alan Russell (Director, Fan Ownership & Heritage Protection Division).

Adrian Nuñez Corte
Adrián lives in Gijón, Spain. He supports Real Sporting de Gijón and the Spanish national team. He was the chair of UNIPES, a federation of fan groups linked to his club. Adrián serves as the coordinator of the Fans’ Culture Network for FASFE. Since 2021, he has been the manager of the Spanish Fans’ Embassy. He was elected to the FSE Board at EFFC 2025 in Malmö.

Martha Gens
Martha lives in Lisbon, Portugal, and is a fan of Sporting CP. She is a fan activist, lawyer, and the chair of the national fans’ organisation Associação Portuguesa de Defesa do Adepto (APDA). She has worked as a lawyer with local fan groups and has supported away fans in UEFA club competitions. Martha has played a prominent role in efforts to overturn Portugal’s unpopular fan ID scheme. She was first elected to the FSE Board at the EFFC 2019 in Lisbon.

Matthijs Koomen
Matthijs lives in Hoorn, a city just north of Amsterdam in the Netherlands. He has followed Ajax home and away for over 18 years, both domestically and across Europe. He works for the Ajax Supporters Association as Coordinator for Matchday and Supporter Affairs, representing over 160,000 members. Matthijs is committed to strengthening the voice of match-going fans across Europe, with a particular focus on away supporters—ensuring safe, affordable, and fair access to matches, both at home and abroad. He was elected at EFFC 2025 in Malmö.

Trond Larsen
Trond lives in Oslo, Norway, and is a lifelong fan of Vålerenga. He represents Klanen, the independent supporters’ association of the club and the largest supporters’ association in Norway. Trond has served on the board of Klanen for six years and has held several roles, including spokesperson and blogger. He was first elected to the FSE Board at EFFC 2023 in Manchester.

Katrina Law
Kat lives in West Essex, England, and has supported Tottenham Hotspur home and away for over 40 years. A former Co-Chair of the Tottenham Hotspur Supporters’ Trust, she sits on the Football Supporters’ Association’s National Council, where she leads structured dialogue with the Football Association and chairs a fan group focused on UEFA club competitions. She is a passionate advocate for match-going fans across Europe. Kat was first elected to the FSE Board at EFFC 2023 in Manchester.

Dario Minden
Dario lives in Frankfurt, Germany, and supports Eintracht Frankfurt. He is a lawyer and chair of Eintracht’s Fan Department. He is actively involved in fan policy advocacy at the national level in Germany and is a member of the Fans and Fanculture Commission of the German Football League and the German Football Association. He was elected to the FSE Board at EFFC 2025 in Malmö.

Gocha Tandarashvili
Gocha Tandrashvili lives in Tbilisi, Georgia. He is a member of the Georgian Fans’ Embassy and has been a fan activist for nearly 30 years. As a TV presenter, he has worked to promote Georgian football through various television and internet projects that actively involve fans of Georgian clubs. He was elected to the FSE Board at the EFFC 2025 in Malmö.

Joe White
Joe lives in Yorkshire, England, and is a passionate Arsenal supporter. They are a lawyer and have been a dedicated human rights activist for 17 years. Since 2015, they have also championed fan activism at both club and national levels. Through Pride in Football, the UK’s LGBT+ fans network, Joe has led efforts to make football more inclusive by working with key stakeholders and empowering fellow fans. They were first elected to the FSE Board at the EFFC 2023 in Manchester.

Ronan Evain – Executive Director
Ronan lives near Nantes, France, and is a fan of FC Nantes. Ronan was the coordinator of the ‘Fans’ Embassies at UEFA EURO 2016’ project. He was appointed as Executive Director of FSE in November 2016.

Paul Corkrey – Fans’ Embassies Division
Paul lives in Merthyr Tydfil, Wales. He supports the Welsh national team and Cardiff City, where he recently took on the role of SLO. Paul is an active member of national fans’ organisation FSA Cymru and the organiser of the Wales Fans’ Embassy, which he has run for over 15 years. He was appointed in Manchester at EFFC 2023.

Sofia Bohlin – Supporter Liaison Officer Division
Sofia lives in Gothenburg, Sweden. She supports IFK Göteborg. Sofia was the chair of the Swedish national supporters’ organisation, Svenska Fotbollssupporterunionen (SFSU), and SD Europe. She is also an active member of Göteborg supporters’ group Supporterklubben Änglarna. Sofia was appointed to the FSE Board at EFFC 2022 in Frankfurt.

Mark Doidge – FSE Anti-Discrimination Division
Mark lives in Nottingham, England, and is a fan of non-league club Whitehawk FC. He is a lecturer at Loughborough University, where he specialises in the political and social role of football fans. Mark also sits on the steering committee of the FSA’s Fans For Diversity initiative and the Inclusion Advisory Group for Sussex County FA. He was appointed in 2015.

Alan Russell – Fan Ownership & Heritage Protection Division
Alan, a Raith Rovers supporter, lives in Scotland. He joined the Council of national supporters organisation Supporters Direct Scotland in 2017 and became its CEO in 2018. He has been on the board of Raith Supporters’ Trust since 2004, and his work on the SD Scotland Index has given supporters across Scotland greater insight into the ownership status of their clubs as well as their approach to transparency and supporter engagement. He appointed to the FSE Board in 2022.
