Football Supporters Europe e.V. (FSE) is a not-for-profit member association for football fans, fan-related initiatives, fans’ groups
and organizations in Europe. FSE and its members support networking and exchange of experiences amongst grassroots football
fans in Europe, represent football fans’ interests towards football governing bodies and are, amongst others, active in the field of
campaigning on issues relevant to fans like anti-discrimination, ticketing, kick-off times and in the field of professional football
supporters work via the provision of fans’ embassy services for football fans at international tournaments.

Responsibilities: The main task will be to support the organization and preparation of the 9th European Football Fans Congress
(#EFFC2017 – 6-9 July 2017) in Gent & Lokeren (Belgium). We offer a variety of tasks, a flat hierarchy and a lot of space to bring
your own ideas. You will have the opportunity to participate in international fan activities and campaigns around the EFFC2017.
Responsible to: FSE Coordinator/CEO
Qualifications: Excellent command of English (written and spoken). German and other languages are a plus. Active interest and at
best present involvement in the subject of football and fan culture, intercultural awareness and understanding of working with / in
volunteer structures, a good knowledge in dealing with social media, versed with PC applications, knowledge of Microsoft Office;
high degree of initiative, openness to other countries / cultures and communication skills, motivation and the ability to work in a team.
