Registration for the 10th FSE European Football Fans Congress is now open.
EFFC19 will be hosted in Lisbon from Thursday 4th to Sunday 7th July by Associação Portuguesa de Defesa do Adepto (APDA), a national organisation that is currently protesting a new law that targets football supporters.
The EFFC takes place every other year and is the biggest gathering of active football supporters on the continent. More importantly, it is the only event where supporters can directly engage with the decisionmakers and major stakeholders of international football.

On the opening night, attendees will get a chance to see the Fan.tastic Females exhibition (venue TBC), an acclaimed showcase of female fandom and fan culture in Europe and beyond.
Friday and Saturday (Casa do Comércio) will be dominated by workshops and plenary sessions, with subjects as diverse as stadium renovation and UEFA’s human rights policy on the agenda. On the Saturday afternoon, the FSE Biennial General Meeting will give supporters an unprecedented opportunity to debate the most pressing issues of the day and influence our policy and priorities. Sunday will be a day to enjoy the sun and company.
We will share a more detailed agenda in the coming weeks.
We are currently liaising with APDA to find suitable accommodation for attendees. We will publish a list of options as soon as possible. If you want to arrange the accommodation booking by yourself we would recommend the area of Marquês de Pombal since this is where the congress venue is situated.
If you think your supporters’ group will struggle to cover travel and/or accommodation costs, you can submit a request for financial support via email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Any support provided will be decided on a case-by-case basis, based on the cheapest means of travel or accommodation available, and limited to one representative per organisation.
If you have any questions, comments, or concerns that you feel have not been addressed, please do not hesitate to contact us.
