As you are probably aware, the FSE Biennial General Meeting (BGM) will take place online on Saturday, 13th November, 2021 from 16:00 to 18:00 CET.
We would like to remind members who wish to stand for election to the FSE Board, internal audit team, or election committee that they must send an email to membership[at]fanseurope.org registering their candidacy by stating their FSE membership number and name no later than 10:00 CET on Saturday, 6th November, 2021. Members must be over 18 years of age to stand for election.
Similarly, members who wish to submit a policy motion must send an email to membership[at]fanseurope.org registering their motion by stating their FSE membership number and name no later than 10:00 CET on Saturday, 6th November, 2021. Members must be over 14 years of age to submit a policy motion.
If you would like to attend, participate in, and vote at the BGM, you must complete the BGM registration form for each mandate that you hold. You must register no later than 12:00 CET on Monday, 8th November, 2021.
Finally, preparatory documents and reports will be made available by the end of the week, while login details and other technical information will be shared next week.
