Football Supporters Europe (FSE) and its Disability & Inclusion Fan Network (D&IFN) are delighted to introduce a new guide to help supporters with disabilities to start and grow their own groups: the Disabled Supporters’ Association & Inclusive Fan Group Resource Pack

The resource pack has been created to support fans who want to establish or strengthen Disabled Supporters Associations (DSAs) or inclusive fan groups. It provides step-by-step guidance, practical templates, and examples drawn directly from fans’ experiences.
It was developed by members of the Disability & Inclusion Fan Network drawing on their own journeys with their groups ensuring it reflects the realities of every stage of the process.
The pack has been developed for:
- Fans who want to set up or grow a DSA at their club.
- Inclusive fan groups bringing supporters with and without disabilities together.
- Allies, volunteers, and advocates who want to support fans with disabilities.
- Clubs seeking to engage more effectively with supporters.
Upon the launch of the resource pack, Alan Rayment, D&IFN Steering Committee Member, said: “I am delighted to support the launch of FSE’s new Disabled Supporters Association (DSA) & Inclusive Fan Group Resource Pack. FSE intends for the resource pack to be an evolving document. Each season brings new challenges, in turn feedback on the resource pack is welcome to continue to improve it and ensure it remains relevant and helpful.
