This page serves as a guide on how to correctly refer to Football Supporters Europe )FSE) and the correct permitted use of its logo.

Writing our Name 

FSE recommends when writing about the organisation to first use the full name followed by its acronym in brackets.

In text: 

Football Supporters Europe (FSE). There after the acronym “FSE” can be used.  

No ‘The’, No Fans Europe 

The organisation should only be referred to as Football Supporters Europe or FSE. The organisation does not prefix its name with ‘the’, i.e. the Football Supporters Europe, or the FSE. Equally, the organisation’s domain name and social media handle “fanseurope” is not an official name of the organisation and should not be used to refer to the organisation.  

Using our Logo 

Football Supporters Europe (FSE) has made its logo available to members, stakeholders, and other partners it works with to assist in joint communications, demonstrating links between organisations and other similar activities. Any other individuals or organisations must gain prior approval from FSE to use its assets for their activities by contacting: info@fanseurope.org. 

FSE has developed a Brand Guidelines document which must be followed by anyone who intends to use the organisation’s logos.
