A Pan-European Football Police Training Project for Match Commanders, Spotters and Representatives of National Football Information Points, on the basis of the findings of Dr. Clifford Stott on strategies of deescalation, legitimacy of policing and dialogue. The training programme is initiated by an EU Football Experts Think Tank and supported by UEFA. FSE will deliver a keynote speech and a workshop on models of fans' dialogue.
